Founded by blood cancer survivors, Comedy vs Cancer is MSK’s official comedy benefit show for blood cancer research. Since 2019, Comedy vs Cancer has been curating unforgettable events in partnership with comedian and actor Nick Kroll.

Important event information

Early ticket pickup

Advance ticket pickup will be available on Wednesday, April 15, from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at 633 3rd Avenue. Please call 718-644-7547 when you arrive. If someone other than the ticket purchaser is picking up the tickets, please make sure they have a copy of the ticket confirmation email.

Night-of ticket pickup and arrival

If you are picking up your tickets on the night of the show, please enter the building at Broadway and West 60th Street under the Jazz at Lincoln Center sign. From there, you will proceed through security and take the escalator to the fifth floor to pick up your tickets.

Tickets will be available for pickup under the original purchaser’s name. We ask that, as the ticket purchaser, you collect the tickets for your entire group. Your guests are welcome to bypass the pickup line and enjoy a drink before the show. Coat check will be available.

After-party

Immediately following the show, please join us to take in the breathtaking views from Jazz at Lincoln Center’s iconic Appel Room. Enjoy late-night bites, cocktails, and time to connect with the Comedy vs Cancer community.

Dress code

The dress code is festive cocktail. Refined separates, an elegant dress, or tailored trousers with a blazer or sport coat would all be appropriate. No formal attire needed — just come celebration-ready for a night of great company, genuine laughs, and real impact.

Silent auction

Unlock amazing experiences in sports, entertainment, and dining while supporting blood cancer research. The silent auction features a dinner reservation at Rao’s, an Island Kitchen catering experience, Saturday Night Live tickets, and more. Bidding will be open from noon ET on Tuesday, April 14 until 11 p.m. ET on, Thursday, April 16.
