During this incredibly stressful time, Patricia was our lifeline. She didn't just check in; she called our family every single morning and every afternoon. "Regarding Meghan W from Dr Kathleen Keenan’s staff. This is to let her supervisor know how truly helpful she was while waiting mammogram results. It was more than 48 hours and had never waited that long before. I know every woman is anxious but having just developed AFib and underwent cardioversion with ablation scheduled soon my nerves were even more on edge. Meghan was nice enough not to dismiss my concerns and offered her ear by listening which did calm me. All thankfully turned out ok and I wanted to show my appreciation. For the rest of my life, I will think of and be indebted to you all. Together you made a frightening time feel manageable, compassionate, and hopeful. From physically holding me up so I could start to walk (even when I didn't want to but I really needed to) or holding my hand when I was scared my first night after the surgery, there was never a moment where I felt alone.
