Dr. Brown is a physician‑scientist at MSK whose research focuses on how the tissue environment shapes immune cell fate and function during early life immune development, inflammation, and cancer.

Dr. Dey leads a lab that focuses on developing machine learning models and computational pipelines that integrate genomic and epigenomic data to prioritize variants, genes, and cell types, and to decode the causal functional architecture underlying heritable complex diseases.

Dr. Gitlin is a physician-scientist who focuses on improving our understanding of the immune and inflammatory systems.

Dr. Levine is MSK’s Chief Scientific Officer and serves as the Edward P. Evans Endowed Chair for Myelodysplastic Syndromes.

Dr. Morris is a computational biologist who uses artificial intelligence techniques and develops machine learning algorithms to study gene regulation, cancer evolution, clinical informatics, and other topics in systems biology.

Dr. Norman is a systems biologist who develops new computational and functional genomics approaches for studying how genes interact to realize complex phenotypes.

Dr. Pe’er is Chair of the Computational and Systems Biology Program and holds the Alan and Sandra Gerry Endowed Chair.

Dr. Shah is Chief of Computational Oncology in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics and holds the Nicholls-Biondi Chair in Computational Oncology at MSK.
